Dan drank River Shannon Breakfast Blend (TB20) by Upton Tea Imports

I’m having this tea iced. I use 6 tea measures in a large tea ball and place it in 32 oz of water overnight. Then I take out the tea ball and add 32 oz of water and place in the refrigerator. The tea is clear and delicious. I add splenda but to each his own.

I am evolving as a tea drinker. I drank coffee until 2 years ago and my tea drinking was consigned to tea bags. I started drinking tea when I was in Hawaii for 4 months. I drank tea, exercised, ate right and followed the directions of my son who is a body builder. I lost 70 pounds. I am keeping up my good habits which include drinking tea. I am healthier, happier, and look forwards to trying different kinds of teas and seeing all that I have missed during the last 6 decades.
