21 Tasting Notes
I’m not even in need of much of a detox but last night I really wanted some tea before bed and my mom was in the kitchen so I asked her to surprise me with something “delicious and decaffeinated”
What she brought me was this with some vanilla almond milk in it. Definitely fit the bill for what I was asking! Calming, rich, smells delicious, and of course if you like red tea (like I do) it tastes delicious and earthy like red tea is supposed to.
Good to know that when I DO need a detox (read: after thanksgiving) that I’ve got a delicious tea to fall back on!
I’m basically addicted to this tea. Its the most delicious thing ever. But it IS southern sweet iced tea so if that isn’t your thing I guess you might not like it. Soooo refreshing when ice cold. And its made in my home town! :D
I made a pot of this and since its such a dainty tea I decided to drink it from one of my china tea cups. (the one that doesn’t have a set to go with it. I got it as a party favor at an Alice in Wonderland themed party!)
First cup: a rose petal and a tip of a tea leaf came through! wow really smells like roses! Taste is mild and floral.
Second cup: I let it steep for a bit and now its stronger. A little more tea flavor but the overarching taste is still of roses.
Overall very delicate and pretty. I like it! :D
Having this today with a little honey in it. Its an overcast day and I overslept and I have a headache and feel weird. Its helping. :)
The other tea that my parents brought me back from Canada. I like this one a lot better. Its a very good after dinner tea. Very sweet and very fragrant.
My parents went on vacation to Canada and brought me back tea! The flavor of maple is a little overpowering but it is delicious. Just not always what I want from a black tea.
Yum. A little spicy, a little chocolate, a little mate. The perfect blend. A good dessert tea.
Good for tea leaf reading. Delicious and smokey.
Pretty much the best chai (in a bag) out there.
A good straight up classic tea. If you’re looking for a good black tea with nothing special added this is a good bet. delicious.
My favorite tea when I was little. Good for nostalgia. Makes me think of cold nights and winter. Orange tea will always be one of my favorite flavors and the added spice is even better.
My dad works with a lot of people from Sri Lanka (where ceylon tea is from) and they always bring him back giant boxes of pure ceylon tea. Best present ever. Delicious tea.
very delicious. An interesting sweet and fruity flavor with also a lot of tea flavor on top. Lovely fragrance. Bought it on a whim because I liked the name and I will definitely buy it again.
The greatest black tea I have ever had. Really delicious. Smokey and a little sweet on its own. Perfect for an afternoon tea party with milk (or almond or soy milk) and sugar. Very fragrant. Also good black.
Love ginger tea. Love this one a whole lot. Always makes my stomach feel better if its upset.
It burns your throat deliciously like a good ginger tea should.
Its good with a splash of almond milk.
My only problem is that sometimes the bags break open.
Excuse me while I alienate everyone. I hate this tea. I just do not like the flavor at all. No matter how many times I have tried it. I love earl grey. But not this one. ew.
Omg this tea is so delicious. Its exactly what I want from a straight up green with no flavorings at all in it. And the residue that it leaves in my cup is nice too. Very strong. Great as an iced tea.
Just a little too mild for me. Its delicious though. Just very very mild. Slightly vanilla-y and just barely strawberry-ish. But maybe I didn’t steep it long enough.
Would be lovely for a shiny summer tea party with lots of frilly dresses and mild tea cakes and huge bowls of strawberries.
Definitely not an every day tea though.
My favorite flavored green tea. Its also helped cure more than one cold of mine. Delicious.
My default tea when I cant decide what I want. Its just the best cup of Earl Grey I’ve ever had. I keep trying new ones but this is still my number one.
