This seems like a perfect blend of coffee and pu’erh, and the chocolate/almond/caramel adds the nice and much-needed touch of sweetness. I didn’t do a rinse since I thought it might chase away the flavouring, and the first steep had the faintest bit of fishiness. The second steep was a little bland. Maybe I’ll try shorter steeps next time.
