Description
Mosaic is a proposed coffee shop that provides job training and placement for adults with disabilities. The current proposal is to transform the Davis Community Church Fellowship Hall into a fully-accessible, community-oriented coffee shop.
The PRIMARY goal of Mosaic is job training and placement, but some secondary goals include:
- Development of a music and arts venue
- Creation of a dedicated indoor space for parents to bring their children for play, while at the same time having their own space to converse and develop community
- Fostering of partnerships with local businesses and organizations
