345 Tasting Notes
I got a sample size of this just for my son because he loves pineapple. Dry it smells like sweet candied pineapples. Iced, I forgot to smell it-but it was just tart enough for my son to enjoy with a light sweetness that I did not feel the need to add sugar for myself. My son really enjoyed it and said it tasted fruity, I even enjoyed it because it was very refreshing and not too tart. I think I will get more sometime.
Preparation
Thank you so so much MissB this was on my wishlist and one of the last teas sent in your mystery pack that I really enjoyed. It only came to my attention and made it to my wishlist because of your reviews.
January of this year all I could think about was DAVIDsTEA and I messaged my cousin who lives in Chicago how lucky he was. He responded back “I don’t know a David in Chicago and i don’t know that I’ve had his tea!” Later in the conversation he let me know about this company my response (I looked it up) “I never heard of that place, it seems a little fancier than Davids, I bet it is good since they have stores all over the world.” He is coming to visit in October and I hope I can get him to bring me some more of this tea because it would make it extra special.
The tea: Creamy Lemon not the pucker your mouth tart that I don’t personally like. This is just a light comforting creamy tang I wound maybe find in a lemon cookie or lemon poppy seed muffins.
T&C TTB 22/23
When I had this TTB I was about to make a H&S order and felt it was the perfect time to try this before buying it. It was good, so I bought some. I kept waiting for the Queen to speak to me before writing a note but she has not and it is almost gone. All I can say is I’ve enjoyed it in the mornings when I’m looking for caffeine and taste good with and without milk. I may order it again sometime, not sure.
Thank you so much keychange for the giant amount you shared with me. I was surprised to find both my husband and I enjoyed it and almost finished with in the first week I had it. I’m already pre planning Black Friday and I may get more of this then. I really enjoyed the apple flavor.
This is my second bag. The first bag I followed the traditional hot brew instructions and I did not get enough coconut cream pie for me so I cold brewed the 2nd steep and enjoyed the flavor much more and knew I would try it again. Cold brewed the second bag and so far it’s ok. I think I was hoping for something magical to happen because coconut cream pie is my favorite pie. The more I drink it the more I like it. Sweet coconut cream, good with a little milk also.
I got this from MissB ’s mystery pack and have been saving it(avoiding it) for a time like tonight when I’m not feeling so great. I never would have tried this because of the name but I’m surprised how much I like it. The ginger is what I notice the most and a little citrus. If I don’t find a ginger tea that works for me I would get this to have during those times I don’t want to waste my fun tea.

That is pretty funny. I would probably never buy a tea called “The Skinny” just on principle.
Same here. I loath the diet industry and how it encourages people to hate their bodies and make unhealthy choices, so I tend to avoid anything that perpetuates that. Still, that blurb is amusing and probably the most honest thing I’ve read on a weight-loss-culture thing in ages.
