I am playing with this one again this morning, but it is getting more bitter as it cools. Still creamy, almost nutty notes with muscatel in the base. I wouldn’t say cheesecake, but I still think it is a nice cup when it first starts out. Happy Sunday all!

Flavors: Cream, Earth, Grapes, Nuts

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 2 min, 45 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML
Nightshifter

I guess I can’t say I used 1.5 tsp per 8oz water? It keeps changing automatically to 1 or 2. The font is also a bit challenging to read now and I am not sure how to change it back.
