Wow, the ginger here is fresh indeed! Great for a detox breakfast. Goes lovely with spicey dishes too.

I’m also a keen traveler and really enjoyed zouhourat in Syria, ginger chai in India and honeybush in South Africa. Then again, I never say no to a mug of British builders brew!
