A short steep is all that’s needed for this sweet tea. The longer you steep this tea, the stronger and sweeter it becomes.

This tea is a staple in our cupboard. We bought about 4 cases, and just love it. It’s also great as an iced tea in the warmer weather.

Aha! After reading up on what Nana Mint is, it turns out it’s just Moroccan Spearmint. Ah well, it’s not my cup of tea. I prefer peppermint, but I wouldn’t turn down a cup of this tea if I was offered. All in all a decent flavour.

The directions said steep for 5 minutes, but having read the other reviews, some were saying it needs longer. So, my cuppa brewed for about 8 minutes. It definitely has a very herbal taste to it. I’m definitely going to have to try this one again, but just brew for 5 minutes next time.

A decent tea, but I’m more of a straight up peppermint person. The spearmint is nice, but I think I’ll pass on to a plain peppermint tea next time. I prefer the spicy notes of peppermint, and this tea just didn’t deliver in that regards.

A great peppermint flavour. I love mint teas, and this one is another great tasting tea. Just a drop of honey, and this is a perfect cold winters night tea.

Lovely liquorice flavour, and soothes the throat. Overall a very nice tea, and really picked me up from this mild scratchy throat.

drank Three Mint Tea by Pukka

The Three Mint Blend is interesting. You typically find peppermint or spearmint teas, or a mix of these two, but I’ve yet to find another tea that adds the field mint into the mix. The flavour of spearmint is particularly strong, but with this tea, it’s subdued enough by the other two mints to be an enjoyable tea. Perfect for a nice cold winter day.

drank Marigold Blossoms by Herbaria

Herbaria has quite the assortment of teas available, so I gave the Marigold Blossom tea a try, and didn’t find it to my liking. It left my throat a bit dry, and the flavour and aroma didn’t really stand out. I suppose as a herbal tea, it can be consumed for the herbal qualities it’s noted for.

This tea has a gentle flavour when served black, and doesn’t become too astringent until the second cup. Served alongside pastries during afternoon tea, this blend of Indian, African and Sri Lankan teas would simply be a part of the scene, but doesn’t stand out as anything extraordinary.
