I needed something to help me settle down tonight, and this won the draw.

Of course, as soon as I had decided upon tea I decided to make cream scones. Some advice: Any recipe that is for scones that calls for 1 tsp SALT per 2 cups flour is wrong. WRONG. I used 1/2 tsp salt, and it’s too salty. :/

Oh well. The tea is good, my bed is made, and it’s time to go sleep.

(I’ve mostly stopped reviewing teas here, and also mostly stopped drinking tea. :( )

Black teas are my favourite, although I do drink the occasional green tea. I am exploring herbal and fruity teas for summer icing and winter evenings, and oolong and pu erh are new and exciting… although I do not like a tea that tastes mostly of seaweed.

Also: A map of tea places in Vancouver. I’ve been to some of them, but not a lot. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
