drank Spicy Chocolate by Kusmi Tea
2291 tasting notes

This one is from VariaTEA. Thanks! :)

Unfortunately this one smells like those German Christmas cookies I detest. The ones that are spicy, covered in a thin glaze of icing, and the bottom is dipped in chocolate. I never remember what they’re called, and I’m the only one in the family who can’t stand them.

I’ve added a generous splash of milk in the hopes that it will help… and there’s no chocolate! It’s just a spicy, rather clovey tea. PHEW.

This isn’t something I’d buy for myself, but I can definitely drink the rest of the sample I was sent.

Thanks, VariaTEA, for helping me cross this one off my list. :)

Oh no. At least you were able to figure out a way to drink it down. I hope the other teas are more successful.

OMGsrsly

I really wasn’t expecting it to trigger that memory! When I think of “Spicy Chocolate” now, I think of Mexican drinking chocolate, with vanilla and chili. :)

I mostly drink black tea.

Also: A map of tea places in Vancouver. I’ve been to some of them, but not a lot. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
