So delicious. I don’t think I shook it up enough tho, the licorice is a little weak this morning while the chai part is a bit stronger. Still, it’s really good (and doesn’t have that super sweet licorice aftertaste, which is the part of licorice tea I can’t deal with). I might want to steep it a little hotter next time, too. I know this one takes boiling.

Drinking it with a little brown sugar and some almond milk, because a coworker phoned early this morning and I seriously levitated out of bed to rush to my computer to finish setting things up for a meeting.

Flavors: Anise, Cinnamon, Licorice

I want to set fire to that licorice taste, I’ve only tried one tea so far that I’ve actually enjoyed licorice root in.

OMGsrsly

I’ve had a couple,and I love black licorice candy. :) I know I’m weird.

Memily

It’s such a polarising flavour!

And there’s such a difference between sweet liquorice or candied fennel and salted liquorice. I remember getting the salted stuff a lot as a kid. Or the little honey liquorices.

I mostly drink black tea.

Also: A map of tea places in Vancouver. I’ve been to some of them, but not a lot. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
