I’m thirsty, so I’m making this iced.
I know, I’m weird, whatever. It should go well with my saskatoon berry sorbet.
It works well enough, although it’s quite rooibosy. Oh wells. I’ll probably still manage to drink it. Definitely prefer this tea hot.
(1 tbsp in 12 oz for 5 minutes, over ice and cool water to 1 litre)
