Today I iced it. Normally I like an iced Earl Grey, but normally I also use a much less strong one, like Silk Road’s Canton Orange, or even Royal Abkhazi. So while this is tasty, it’s also incredibly furniture polishy. Would be better if I had some OJ to add to it, both for added sweetness and to make the bergamot taste more toned down.
That being said, this is staying on my list. If I do order from Lupicia, this is a tea I’ll be getting for my BFF, as she loves a strong EG.
