I bought a pitcher pack of this today along with a POPSICLE MAKER! because I am sleep deprived and was shopping to make myself feel better. Not the best thing, but I remained in budget even with the Body Shop purchases (all 50% plus another 10% off [Not 60% because it’s 10% off the sale price not the total!]) and, umm, nail polish extravaganza.
Umm.
Right. Tea. I steeped this up to make about 1 L of tea and added 1/2 tsp sugar. I decanted some for popsicles and added milk to those, then diluted the rest a bit more so it’s more like the instructions on the pack recommend.
It’s… well, it smells a LOT like Forever Nuts. Perhaps more caramel but not really. It’s a little oily on the surface. And it tastes a lot like Forever Nuts, but with caramel. It’s a bit carby, even though I didn’t have much corn in my package. I hope the popsicles turn out well, I think this would be nice with some milk.
It’s not bad, but I don’t see it being something I’d reach for over and over. Still, I am glad I picked it up today. Kinda bummed they were out of on-sale Cherry Snowcone, but oh well. Can’t collect them all! ;)
