Today, with cream.

Mmm…

A little “flavoured” tasting, as in I am getting a tiny bit of chemical taste. But still, I really like the flavour combo. It’s more earthy steeped at 212F than my usual 195F (I do 195 because my kettle holds that temp for 30 minutes.)

Puerh is definitely a good thing to have with the slowcooker ribs I had for breakfast today. :)

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I mostly drink black tea.

Also: A map of tea places in Vancouver. I’ve been to some of them, but not a lot. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
