Oh this is so good. And sadly, I have way less of it than I thought I had. This is why keeping ones spreadsheet up to date is important, tea friends! I didn’t order any more and now I have a sad.
I’m taking some advice from CrowKettle, and drinking pots of this tea tonight. I’m steeping it in my gravity steeper, straining into a tea pot that’s sitting on a heating pad, and pouring into a tiny Japanese porcelain tea cup.
Yes. Perfect. All is well. Especially since I also have a purring beastie on my lap.
I’ll be resteeping this one a couple times, I think.
