Oh yum. Again, I can smell it but can’t really taste it. :) Doesn’t matter though, this is good.
I also made a rosemary cake (OMG, Nigella’s cake recipes are ridiculous) but with quince instead of apple, and I can’t taste it. Haha. Oops. I’ll have to freeze some and keep it for when I’m not so sick.

I also only used 100g sugar, because I like to reduce the sugar in my baking. I also think that half the butter could be replaced with more apple, but that’s just my opinion. ;)

I have last week and this week. Generally I would rather eat less cake, but Anna keeps posting cake recipes on FB and I can’t resist.
