We’re actually trying this one as a cold tea and not hot. It’s light but it has a little bit of a tart aftertaste. It may not if it was hot. But I think it’s the pomegranate. I will definitely have to try it hot later.

It’s a nice after dinner tea, but definitely cannot let this steep too long or it gets kinda bitter. And the same goes for letting it cool too much.

If you let it steep longer, the cinnamon will finally come out. I did add a touch of sugar, but I don’t think it’s really needed.
This is a nice warm weather tea, but it’s also good for relaxing late at night since it has that calming effect {due to the lovely smell of cinnamon}, and no caffeine.
