Last night’s bedtime tea!
231 Tasting Notes
Oh, this is lovely! Via cavocorax and roodswing, hee! It’s so mellow and creamy, nom nom nom. Also tastes a tiny bit like mint cream to me, idek. They need to get on with finishing that web store asap >:D
Interesting! Not what I’d expect if I bought something called chai, but yum enough anyway. Thanks Cavocorax! >:D
YMMV, but this tastes exactly like Forever Nuts (David’s Tea).

This is a really mellow/subtle flavour with a really strong black tea. So don’t go in expecting dessert tea. :P It’s good though, but not cupboard-necessary.
Yummers easy hot tea with my nutella fudge cookies! >:D
I just had a tiny bit of this leftover in that sweetness sampler from Xmas, I dunno, don’t really have anything to say about it. It’s a boring tea, ngl.
Soooo, this is not a tea for me! Smells amazing (I love the SMELL of chamomile but rarely the taste), but the sweetness is like a punch in the face, augh, but then there’s a really lovely minty aftertaste! But you have to make it through the cloying sweetness first…
This is a super lovely tea for when you want a black tea that’s way more mellow than EG. Yum. ((not a HINT of curry, wtf, now I kinda really want a curry-ish tea though. I was so sick when that curry taste happened, haha, I want a curry-ish tea without being sick!))
…..berry berry good??
XD! I’m sorry. I love this tea, though! Most of my ZenTea order was caffeine free stuff, I had to get some interest going in that direction because I have the worst sleep hygiene and need all the help I can get. :P
So, I don’t generally like ginger, in food or in tea, and I love peaches (love love love) but am usually disappointed by them in teas… yet I still really needed to try this tea! It’s good, too. I’m not going to rate it just yet, but it’s definitely not boring! Not SUPER peachy, but not super.. gingery.. either. It really would make an amazing iced tea. I think K especially would loooove it.
ALSO, Zen Tea spoiled me with samples?! I am super excited to see their Earl Grey Cream in there because I can’t find my last bit from cavocorax and I NEED to try that again to see if the curry(?!)esque taste was just me being sick or WHAT. XD! Anyway, I have a satisfyingly large pouch of jasmine dragon pearl green tea (necessary for survival!) and I don’t have to scare the postman peeping out the door constantly anymore.
Last bit of this one. I miss it already. :P
SO buttery… and no wanting to harf at the smell of oolong anymore! \o/ I enjoy this, but will probably rarely want it.
2 steeps of this yesterday, for some reason the 2nd didn’t turn out as good as it usually does. I love this tea, but I hate messing around with temperatures.
K & I finished off the last bit of this. So good! Not something I’d want often, but I’ll probably get it again sometime.
Strange and intriguing!
Hit with a nostalgia blast because dry, this smells just like the little touristy knick-knack shop my mom had when I was little. Potpurri O__O but I don’t really taste raspberry OR chocolate, even though I know they’re in there, I saw them. My brain insists I am tasting flowery things to go with that potpurri smell, I guess. Nummy, though!
Needed something tasty this morning, child has been a CHALLENGE lately. This hit the spot perfectly… and NOW I’m ready for something badass.
Oh, also: have never really tasted raspberry in this? More like a coconut-fruity candy flavour that is nevertheless YUMMERS.
Probably should have done this one in the finer of my two infusers AND also turned the volume up on my phone so I’d hear the steep alarm? YOWZA, that’s a strong tea! Nothing coffeeish about it, imo, but it could PROBABLY strip paint. :D?

Nice to sample, but not a keeper.
Sweet & strong says it, I guess? Good tea. #nothingtoadd
Finishing this up tonight. That was a huge sample you sent me, cavocorax! But yummers, jeez.
