This is a kind of tea that you simply cannot drink from any old mug. I’m pretty much just echoing other rave reviews, but it’s the kind of tea that commands respect and requires ceremony. Save it for company coming over, and pour it out into your best china cups :)
Or, make a ceremony of it for yourself on those needed days.
This will always be one of my top teas, and that’s a hard place to earn.

A trip to Japan changed my life forever when I met Hayashi san – who happens to be in charge of his family’s 100-year old Matcha firm in Uji, Japan. Uji is well-regarded in Japan as the finest region for Matcha production, and is the birthplace of the iconic Japanese green tea ceremony!

I’m very honored to be working directly with my farmers and represent them through Mizuba (“Living Water”).
