3 Tasting Notes

Anjou Pear-adise Oolong Tea from Teavana
69

Good refreshing drink! Note: fruity drink! I liked the composition of flavors, just wish there was more tea leaves then fillings – petals, sugary fruit cubes, etc. I tried it both ways – hot and cold. Have to say, iced version was better due to enormous amount of dried fruits. Overall, it was good!

Peach Truffle from ESP Emporium

This is absolutely perfect Holiday blend! Spicy, malty taste of black tea very well combines with nutty, fruity flavors of this composition. Chocolate note gives this blend natural sweetness, so I had my first cup without adding any sugar. Nice treat.

Sumatra Oolong Barisan (860) from TeaGschwendner

This is a high quality Oolong with creamy vegetal taste and sweet aftertaste. Being a big fan of Taiwanese highly-oxidized Oolongs, I was pleasantly surprised by this tea.

I’m 23 y.o., currently a student in Medical School at the Loyola University. I drink tea since I remember myself. I’m a lucky one whose Granny hosted endless afternoon parties with tons of bake goodies and sweet stories. I love tea, Asian culture and everything that attributes to the oldest drink of mankind!
