This is one of my favorite teas when I am sick. I can tell it is spicy from the way my tongue is hurting and I can faintly make out the flavor, but other than that, I smell nothing and taste nothing. :)

Usually, this tea is a real treat. It’s caffeine-free, which is lovely at night. It helps a lot for tummy troubles. It’s a surprisingly spicy but naturally sweet tea. The cinnamon is what creates the tingly sensation, but then the other ingredients help smooth it out and make it taste full and delicious. It’s a really unusual tea for me, but one that I enjoy a lot.

I’m a middle school teacher of French, Spanish, ESL and reading intervention. I’m also a mom to two young children.

I’ve always been a tea lover. When I lived in France during college, I really loved the tisanes. Over the past couple of years, I’ve branched off into loose teas. I’m not very knowledgeable about teas, but I’m really loving the learning process!
