Very tasty, I am noticing that trend with this company. I also am finding that all their teas have one thing on common. They are all well balanced and taste like what they should, at least so far. I found this on to be a solid tea. The Yunnan and Jasmine do so well together. You have to try it to understand it and it will be going into my “Shopping Cart”

Signature Blend Box Pass 3/72
This one is kind of sweet, kind of grassy, and kind of minty. Still not something for me but I am sure others would enjoy.
Signature Blend Pass 2/72
It is minty bu not overbaring. In general not a bad tea but not something I usually go for. I will not be keeping any of this for me. However, I am sure others will like this one more than I. It is a “It’s Not You, It’s Me Tea”
I have received my Signature Blends Box from Adagio Teas. This is the 2nd Pass around and I randomly picked this one to log first.
1/72
Light, refreshing, but i don’t really taste the individual flavors (maybe a little pear) and I would have rather enjoyed it if I could have but it is sill ok. I am glad to have tried but will not take any for myself to keep. Will pass the rest on.
Okay so I finally mustered the courage to try this and was so curious on how I would like it based on the rave reviews. So here goes…
First time I made this it tasted like mildly fruity hot water with a touch of butter, but basically flavorless. I tried to steep it longer but no dice. However, I decided not to give up on this one figured it must have been my error in preparation. So I tried again despite knowing I haven’t had too much luck with fruity teas especially those that are green.
So I started from scratch with a little more tea and longer steep time, and BAM there was flavor. Now it was alright as fruity teas go for me but considering all the flavors that went into this I am surprised it wasn’t the train wreck I thought it might have been. (Sorry, Frank!) Although, the fruit base was doable I must say the sencha really made this one come to life for me. In the end it was that buttery taste I loved the most.
End Result: Ya did alright kid…ya did alright!
Steeped this in an entire glass of hot Almond Milk. Not bad…tastes like a spicy hot chocolate. Fortunately, not overly spicy either. :-)
I had this with some Junior Mints this evening and wow not bad. ;-)
Not bad, found this to be vegetal, slightly sweet, and refreshing. Tasty!
I had this twice now for free at my local Tea Gschwendner since I am still their FourSquare Mayor. It it rich, I get the tobacco flavor, it is complex with multiple layers of flavors which I love. I am putting this in my shopping cart as well. It is complicated in a good way just like me.
This is a great tea. It is so flavorful. Looks like I will be putting this on my wish list for September once my ban is over. Just read the discription, it is just as it is described. Yummy!
I picked up a sample of this one with my last order and although it was satisfactory there really wasn’t anything that stood out for me. It is vegetal and slighty sweet. The tea itself is beautiful and even a little heavy in weight. I am however glad I had the chance to try it.
This is the third one I am drinking today that I haven’t had in a while and I have totally noticed my palette has changed or my memory is off. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the taste of rose and mariapan. It was a sweet and relaxing treat. This is discontinued and I only have a bit left, fortunately it is still good. Yay for good storage.
I am also trying this one for the first time in some time and it too tasted better than before. I found this one more interesting because I almost tasted each ingredient one at a time and the all at once, strange but satisfying. I truly get the whole cool evening, sunset with pumpkins, and colorful fall leaves falling from the trees with this, it kinda made me think of autumn but I quickly remembered snow so I decided no way and jolted myself back to reality and said…it is summer. It was a nice daydream while it lasted.
After such a wonderful review from LiberTeas on here and http://www.teareviewblog.com/?p=13106 I just had to start my day with a cup of my very own blend. It has been some time since I last had this and I do remember liking it. However, I will say I enjoyed it even more this time then I had remembered. The strawberries tasted so real and so fresh. Just a juicy cup plus the cream just made it taste so sinful. The best part is that the cream tasted already sweetened and it made the whole experience that much more enjoyable and for some reason naughty. I just can’t explain it. Bottom line…YUMMY!
I am so sad I am just about out of this one. Maybe about 3 or 4 cups left. I have had this on hand for a while now and only drink it sparlingly, usually depending on mood and I needed a lift today so I reached for this one especially after I saw the new 52 Teas blend I want so bad, the Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish but can’t but now because I promised my husband I wouldn’t for a month. I am now 9 days in and counting, I want more tea so bad. Yes, I have a lot but I don’t care.
Wow, sorry for the rant and back to the tea. Despite the age of this tea it is still amazing, just like the first time I had it. It tastes like almond cookies and just warms you up and puts you in a good mood. I will have to restock once the ban on new tea is over.
Bumping up…I crave this and I believe it is great in the morning. The honey finish is so delicious and the hints of tobacco add richness and depth. I enjoy this because of all the different layers of flavor. It even tastes great as it gets cooler in the cup. Yummy!
This was so good. So many layers of flavor. I mostly picked up on a honey after note. It was rich and sweet and deep. Gotta try it to see what I mean. Totally worth it. :-)
For someone not into fruit teas that much it wasn’t bad. I fully believe the honey giving the tea little something richer helped it a lot. The honey appears after thr strawberry and the best part is that it also lingers on the tongue long after. I enjoyed this more than expected and am happy to have had the chance to try it.
I got home from work today and really needed a good cup of tea so I picked this one. I also recently purchased a scale to measure my tea with. It is new for me but thought I would give it a shot because it did feel I wasn’t measuring proportionately and it seems I was right. I measured the traditional way and then measured it on the scale and noticed I had been using too much tea, at least this time. After measuring a bit more conservatively I noticed a huge difference which in this case resulted in a better score.
This is sweet and yummy like burnt sugar, in a good way. Definitely, one of my favorites.
I can taste the almond but I am still not entirely sure how to put how I feel about this tea in words. So I will have more and come back with a better log.
I really enjoyed this blend and I am confident that I will enjoy it even more once I get the water temp and steep time configured. It is cool from the candy cane but not overly and the vanilla and cream made it smooth and rich. I did however get w weirdness from the black tea base but think I can get it worked out once I play with the water and times. Otherwise, a solid blend and gets better as it cools.
Bumping up a whole bunch :-)
While creating a spreadsheet log inventory of all of my teas, yes it has come to that. I decided to have some of this tea. I think I have finally figured out how to make this tea right and once I got it right I really did enjoy it. It was creamy and mint and just pure yum. As for my log so much more to go. Think I will take a break now.
A delicious as usual. A yummy way to end the day. I just love the toasted coconut flavor of this gorgeous tea.
Bumping up. This one just keeps getting better. It has a great sweet, creamy, smooth, vegetal flavor. It just hits the spot and is great for resteeps.
YUMMY! :-)
