Beer Tea from Man Teas
69

Thank you Doulton for this tea. I have been curious about it for some time. :-)

This one really scared me. If you smelled it you would have been scared too. However, it isn’t bad. As a matter of fact this was a little sweet and the beer flavor was slight and mellow. Not bad, nothing I would purchased but definaetly happy to have tried and surprised to find it was better than expected.

Fujian Jasmine Pearls from Adagio Teas
83

The jasmine was a little muted this time but still yummy!

Hong Jing Luo from thepuriTea
80

I found this tea to be gorgeous I just wanted to keep looking at but then I realized if it looks this good I wonder how it tastes and it doesn’t disappoint. I felt It had depth of flavor and a touch of cocoa. It was delightful.

Thank you ThePuriTea for sending me this wonderful sample.

Sugar Caramel Oolong from Golden Moon Tea
93

Still yummy as always but I did bring it down a few points only because since the last I tried this my ranking changed a bit with experience. Still a very yummy tea!

Strawberry Matcha from 52teas
75

I found this to be ok. The matcha was in charge and at the end I tasted a bit of tartness from the strawberry but it wasn’t strong, I think I will try this again and hope if I play with the measurements the strawberry will come through better.

Mayan Chocolate Chai from 52teas
89

Bumped this up a few points. This time I used less tea and after it was steeped I used a little sweetener and some almond milk. It tamed the cayenne right down but left enough to give you a bite, it was delicious!

Chocolate Earl Grey (TE13) from Upton Tea Imports
90

Thank You Doulton for allowing me the chance to try this tea

I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It is delicious, slightly sweet, light on bergamont, mildly chocolately. Just very yummy! It smells great before and after. Gorgeous flavor!

I bet if Captain Jean Luke Picard wanted to change it up a bit he would say….“Chocolate Earl Grey…Hot!”. This is one I will be buying when I run out.

Green Tea with Coconut, Ginger and Vanilla from Harney & Sons
77

Lost a few points today. I decided to have some more of this today since it is the Steepster Select. However, the Ginger was too pronounced that it almost drowned out the delicious coconut flavor. Maybe it was just the one bag but I was sad, and my tongue slightly burned by Ginger. :-(

Jin Jiang Da Hong Pao from Tea Valley
95

First, “Thank you” Tea Valley for sending me a sample of this georgeous tea!

I had this review posted in the wrong place. I am reposted to keep this centrally located. Sorry about the error.

I truly loved the simplicity of this tea. It is strange but although it is complex in that it is slightly sweet, a bit earthy, vegatal, with a mild roasted finish. It is simple because all the flavors are perfectly balanced and creates a delicious flavor all on it’s own. I truly enjoyed this tea and feel everyone should try it at least once. It is one of those teas that can be enjoyed every now and again as a treat. Like a fine wine it must be had on special occasions or when you just need the world to stop for a brief moment of peace. A great tea indeed!

Lemon Drop Cooler from 52teas
96

Finally made this cold and WOW it is spectacular. It felt like summer in a jug. The best part is my 3 year old daughter loves this too and I don’t have to worry about it being bad for her. Now the only problem is not having enough tea on hand.

Gina Amaretta from TeaGschwendner
79

This lost a few points. It tastes different today. The amaretto is too strong and lingers on the tongue uncomfortably long. I wonder what happened. Maybe I used too much tea or hit a very concentrated flavor spot. Whatever, it is it was way to overwhelming.

Mike-the-Nerd's Irish Creme Flavored Black Tea from 52teas
93

Bumping up for AWESOMENESS!!! I just made a pot of this and it turned out so well. Rich and creamy with that Irish Cream flavor I enjoy so well. I did try it with almond milk and I have to say it wasn’t bad but straight up is really the way to go. This is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Coconut Pouchong from Golden Moon Tea
99

I have said it before and I will it again…Coconut Bread and Coconut Pouchong…AWESOME!!!

Upon additional sipping I just have to say this tea really makes me HAPPY! :-)

Cherry Cola from 52teas
79

With all the raving I just had to try this one. I for one have always liked Cherry Coke but in moderation. So when I opened the package I immediately smelled what old fashioned Cherry Cola smelled like when I was a kid. I smelled all natural ingredients with nothing artificial. I was very excited to try it. So I took a sip and at the end of my sip I totally got that bubbly feeling everyone was talking about. Here is the thing, how is this possible? I think I would like to chill this and get some soda water as Cofftea has suggested before and see what happens. Since soda/pop should be cold I bet this would work. To me this is a confusing drink because everything in me says it should not taste this way and I can’t make it work mentally. It is similar to when Pepsi came out with Clear Pepsi and it although it tasted like Pepsi it wasn’t Pepsi and the brain couldn’t accept it because it was clear. I think I need to drink this more and get used to it. I feel I am rambling because this cup has got me all kinds of flabbergasted. I promise to come to this with a clear head later.

Malted ChocoMaté from 52teas
78

Thank you The Quiet Life for allowing me to taste this wonderful tea.

I loved the flavor of this tea. The chocolate shines through and the mate makes for a rich malty taste. I LOVE the depth of and complexity of flavor in this tea. However, the caffeine was overwhelming have to have this in small bits.

WARNING Do not consume after taking Darvocet Wow, it will make your heart pop out of your chest. Yikes!!!

Lemon Drop Cooler from 52teas
96

Made this with more tea and and steeped it longer. It is WONDERFUL! I will for sure have to ice this sometime and add some sweetener. I just bet it will make for a delicious rich lemonade type cup. It has been bumped up!

The Tenth Doctor from Adagio Teas
61

I tasted the pomegranate and it was tart and fruity. The tangerine made it even more tart. It is rather fruity for me and truly I don’t like teas that are overly fruity so it may be a tea someone else would enjoy more.

Charlotte Charles from Adagio Teas
65

The peach makes this sweet and tart and the vanilla is smoothing it over. All and all a decent blend.

Butterfly Kisses from Adagio Teas
46

Not my cup of tea. I am unable to identify the flavors and found it to be too astringent. Moving on.

Twilight - Edward's Thirst from Adagio Teas
66

Not bad…it is a bit complex and the flavors try to compete to see who’s on top but still not bad.

An Appetite Suppressant from Adagio Teas
49

This was ok. I felt I really tasted the Grapefruit right away but the I really didn’t taste the remaining flavors. The problem is that it is leaving an acidic flavor behind that I can’t shake. This just isn’t for me, I was really hope to like this one a lot.

Maple Cream Tea from Culinary Teas
60

Thank you Doulton for allowing me the opportunity to try this tea.

Slightly bitter and a bit creamy. The maple is there but it is almost like a bully forcing him/herself into a situation that they are not invited to. I found this tea to be rough around the edges. I do see potential if the blend percentages were tweaked a bit.

Extra points were given for potential.

Champagne and Strawberries from 52teas
73

This started okay. I liked the strawberry it was good not at all tart. Really didn’t taste much honeybush. I think it will taste good iced. Otherwise, nothing over the top great but delivers what it is labeled as.

Lemon Drop Cooler from 52teas
96

This is very good. The lemon is bright and the honeybush creates a summer sweet like a fresh hand squeezed lemonade sweetened with simple syrup. This is just so darn refreshing. I just need to make it stronger and steep it longer. Once I do this I am certain I will be bumping this up.
