I don’t know but maybe because this was one of the “12 Teas of Christmas” it just tasted a whole lot better this time around. Very yummy indeed, especially after the day I had yesterday. Low tire pressure, crazy at work, sick child that only had a little over 4 hrs of sleep and that means I did too. My body hurts so bad but after drinking this jem I did drift to my happy place for a very special moment.

Wow, this is very nutty and has a nice banana flavor. It does taste similar to banana bread and not just banana tea. I don’t get the butteriness but I feel like I may have over steeped it so I will try again.
Bumping up I find myself thinking about this one time to time. It has grown on me.
I am just now finally trying this little treat I received from Doulton, “Thank you”
It is pretty good, it doesn’t taste as candy like as I thought it would and that is a good thing. It smells phenomenal dry. Some of the scent does fade away after the steep but nevertheless a solid cup.
This is a sample that came in with my Lupicia Magazine. I have been considering ordering this one so I am happy I had the chance to try it. It really does taste like strawberry champagne. I do think next time I will steep it at 3mins instead of 4. Nevertheless, a solid tea I know need to order more of.
I think I am starting to like rooibos, I can’t believe I am saying this. I must have always been have bad blends or something but recently I have found some treasures and this is one of those treasures. I am so glad that I decided to give rooibos another try. It is creamy nutty, sweet and juicy, and just plain well rounded.
What a surprising tea. It was flavorful and sweet. Yummy, can’t wait to have more.
Thank you Jaime yet again for sending me this tea as well as all the others yet to be reviewed.
I was taken back a bit by this one. I have to have about 3 sips before I really understood it. I think it is because I had a black tea right before it and my tongue was confused and the palate wasn’t cleansed. Nevertheless, once I go to know it a bit better I got a strong creamy base with an essence of coconut. I did enjoy it quite a bit but need more time with it.
So very tasty and just as advertised. I can’t believe how spot on it is and I am so thankful for the opportunity to try this one. Thank you Jaime
Thank you Jaime for sending me this special treat. The best way to describe it is as follows…Creamy Chocolate Cake. Need I say more? :-) Yummy!
I was hoping for more with this one but I did find the Golden Yunnan base tasty and as it should taste. The whiskey flavor and cherry essence was a bit difficult to detect. I did love the smell of the dry leaf and was hoping so much for the flavor to translate. Still it was pretty good. My hubby loved the idea of it.
This is so SWEET and to bring the honey and vanilla out more I added a bit of Agave and wow did they ever come out. However, next time I will probably have it straight or maybe just a tiny bit of tea honey. Nevertheless, it is absolutely as described and will not disappoint. Can’t believe I was the first to log this one either.
Not bad but had a taste in there I couldn’t identify. It wasn’t a bad taste but just couldn’t figure it out. Otherwise the rose was wonderful and most definitely present. I love rose so to me it may never be considered overwhelming but to those on the cusp it may be a bit much. I am not sure if I would purchase it but I am also not sure if I wouldn’t purchase it. This one is very much an in the mood tea.
Talk about super yummy and it tastes sweet, lemony, and creamy just as it should. Delicious!
Thanks Doulton for sending this to me. I love it.
For a girl that doesn’t like this sort of fruity mix normally I thought I would get this because I loved the name and to my surprise it was good. Plain, it is sweet first and then tart but the sweetness is a little different than your usual syrupy sweet it is a bit deeper and more complex. Still it was a little too tart for me as I suspected so I added a touch of agave and a dab of tea honey and now it is just delicious. A great juice replacement especially since I don’t really drink juice much.
Warm, sweet, buttery, cozy, slightly spicy, rich, creamy, and nutty. Yum!
I finally got this after waiting months for it to be back in stock, I really wanted this to be as good as everyone else raved about. Unfortunately, drinking it straight it tastes like just a plain sweet rooibos and only when I add agave (I have to add stuff) do I even get a hint of coconut. It maybe personal preference, may be that the re-blend isn’t as good as the original. I just don’t know. All I can say is that I was disappointed and hope that it wasn’t my expectations that caused this. I gave it a higher score just in case it was me and because it was ok with agave. On the upside my 3 yr old enjoys it with honey.
I found this bold and it truly woke me up this morning but maybe too much I am not sure. All I know is that it was bold, hearty, slightly malty. However, it maybe just a little too strong for me so when I am finished, I am finished.
I found this tea to be very well rounded not one flavor stood out the most, it was slightly bold as well. I am glad I got it but I am not sure if I would get it again. I will have to drink it again to be sure.
This is a sample that came with my order and it was very reminiscent of a mild sweet tart. It was very interesting, my husband liked it more than me but I am glad I tried it.
OMG! I finally got my order from Santuary T that was placed on 10/22 I can’t tell you how excited I am but I still didn’t get the one ounce of the two I ordered of Green Rooibos as promised so I am bummed. Nevertheless, I dung into this first and for a girl that isn’t a big fan of rooibos this super yummy and I totally recommend it. The pineapple makes the first appearance and it is strong and juicy and the coconut sneaks up on you at the end. It is great.
Thank you LiberTEAS I am so happy to have been able to try this. It is rather good. Now don’t get what I am about to say wrong. This stuff reminds me of Grape Soda but it doesn’t taste like it. It is weird but like I said good. It is fruity but soft, it doesn’t have a tang, sharpness or bite like some fruity teas do. That may be why I like it. It also has a floral aspect to it and both fruit and floral balance very well. The floral is mellow too. What can I say I like it. :-)
Meh! A bit plain for me, I fear I have been spoiled by the Genmaicha from Obubu Teas.
Rich, bold, and robust. It hit the spot and it may have put that extra spring in my step that I so desperately needed. I feel this one would do in a pinch.
