It definitely has hibiscus in it that can get away from you. I have largely avoided this one because I’m not supposed to have banana, but I’ve given a few cups of it at my Mom’s store some sips. It’s okay if you keep the steep short enough to tame the hibby. Otherwise, it’s pretty blech.

I find that hibiscus lowers my blood pressure. I try to avoid it. I guess it is good for people who suffer of high blood pressure.
