Pu-erh flavour comes out a bit more with the longer infusion time. I may want to try extending the infusion time further next time.

Bold black flavour. Floral and fruity with briskness but no astringency.
Oolong flavour is not as robust as I would like it- results in a rather thin-tasting brew. I may try using a higher concentration of dry leaf next time.
Thank you to Sil who shared this with me!
Creeping astringency but not very pronounced. Black and green tea flavours are blended nicely. A more pronounced black tea taste would go better with the lighter strawberry flavour. Overall, a bit thin tasting and dilute.
This is a totally different tea to me than what we had at the tea festival…
I completely agree! It was so flavourful- glad that it isn’t just me who noticed it.
Dry leaf smells like sweet potato. Sweet, floral, tuber vegetable-tasting. Flavour tastes a bit dilute- I may want to infuse for a longer amount of time in the future.
Gave the dry leaf a 1 second rinse before infusion.
Slight milkiness. Soft sweetness. Hint of fruity tone.
Yeasty dry leaf aroma.
Very flavouful, bright sweet taste. Lingering sweetness.
No notes yet.

I may try to infuse for a shorter amount of time next time- slight bitter edge. Nice oolong flavour with subtle vanilla creamy sweet taste.
adagio has a vanilla oolong that i actually enjoyed…dark oolong though
