Extremely unpleasant aftertaste which I think is from the added sugar in the pineapple pieces. Tartness from the hibiscus is very apparent. The hibiscus does not seem to be well-blended. I can detect a little bit of the punchy-ness from the rooibos but the flavour profile is very much taken over by the pineapple and hibiscus flavour.
Preparation

Sweet, floral and creamy. Strawberry is present in the background and blends right into the oolong. Really nice oolong flavour with pleasant sticky/tangy sweetness. This tea is what I would imaging a strawberry flower to smell/tastes like.
As the tea cools I am detecting a very authentic strawberry aroma which translates into the flavour- although I find it to still be in the background of the oolong taste.
Flavour continues to increase in strawberry taste as the tea cools.

Marshmallow flavour very well captured. There is a hint of sweet coconut flavour. Flavours all flavours well balanced with black tea. Creaminess present.
Thanks Kittenna for sharing this with me!

The brewed tea has a nice balance of black tea, maple and oatmeal aromas. There is a smooth baked goods quality to the smell that I attribute to oats. Hint of chocolatey-ness in the aroma that may be the result of me letting this sit too closely to chocolate-themed tea.
Flavour is extremely mild. There is only a hint of the smoothness from the aroma near the end of the sip. Almost metallic flavour in the middle of the sip which hints to some other flavours that may have been lost in the transit of this tea. Slight astringency (almost sharp bitterness) near the end of the sip from the black tea. Only the slightest hint of sweetness. Hint of roasted taste near the end of the sip.

The brewed tea has an enticing aroma. Creamy and baked good notes with a soft sweet peach. Reminds me a bit of peach oatmeal.
On the sip, pleasant malty sweetness. The sweetness is a sustaining note appearing slighty at the start of the sip, blooming into the middle and carrying through until the aftertaste. Very smooth tasting. Creamy notes in the flavour. Black tea notes present and peek out in the flavour near the end. All the flavours are very well blended. Velvety mouth-feel. Hint of flavourful astringency in the aftertaste.
Thanks to Kittenna for letting me try some of this one!

Yay!!!! So happy you enjoyed the blend I made with Stacy from Butiki and Kittenna thank you for passing it along!
Ysaurella-We will eventually be adding a version of this tea to our line. Instead of freeze-dried peaches it will just have dried peaches but we will be sticking with the same flavoring, same hops, and same tea. It will be a while though. I’m thinking around 2-3 months. I have also been playing around with the idea of another beer tea too. I don’t have anything solid yet but it will use a different type of hops.

Garlic flavour is pleasant- not too strong. Slightly bitter and wheat-y mouthfeel in the middle of the sip. Vanilla sweetness is present into the aftertaste. Tomato-y hint and maple syrup sweetness from rooibos flavour into the aftertaste. Overall, the flavour profile is rather plain. Slight creamy mouthfeel.
Preparation
I picked this one up at the Toronto Tea Festival! Also, Kittenna, I have enough to share so I’ll save some for you :)

Light eggnog flavour on the sip. Strong creamy taste and distinct eggnog sweetness near the end of the sip. Oceanic qualities of the green tea detectable but very well blended. The flavours are balanced in a way that they complement each other. Very well captured eggnog flavour on the aftertaste. Milky-type flavour comes out as the tea cools.

Yeah, I like this one best warm. Hotter than lukewarm, but cool enough to hold a cup in my hands without any discomfort. Haha. And yeah – the base tea is wonderful here. It comes out more in subsequent infusions too, which I love.
I made this for a friend, and she fell in love when I added a dash of sugar… really brought out the creaminess! SO darn good :P
I’m buying more of this…..next order because the 1 oz i have won’t last me. THIS tea i dream about sometimes…
I’m in love with the tin !
I love the tins this company puts their teas in.
oh darn, I was hoping it was just me that wasn’t in love with this one. Girl at the shop was all over it!
The tins… omg the tins. Sighs
Haha, I guess I’ll be trying this one? :P
