These are wonderful little cakes that I use when making tea for two. This is mature tasting tea (I believe the cakes are from 2007) and is delicious especially when shared. It is good in colour and complex in taste. I’m sure I experience something new every time I make a pot. It works whether you steep for a short or longer time – try, experiment. This tea is also in tea bags (Tea Cargo brand) which is equally as good although the experience of the cake isn’t there of course.
