I really wanted to like yerba mate, i heard do many good things about it. I was looking for something to replace coffee and give me energy on those morning i have to wake up at 3am. This wasn’t it it just tasted like grass for me and not the good type. It just gave me nausea, and count finish the rest. Im not sure if all yerba mate taste like this or it was just this one. Im afraid of venturing out to other yerba mate. This tea ruin my dreams of other yerba mate teas =p

drank Earl Grey Moonlight by Adagio Teas

The Earl gray i have tried in the past has been from tea bags and have never liked them much. A friend gave me a sample of this is not as overpowering as a full Earl Grey, the smell when you open the bag is divined, it has a light fruity sub taste. I plan on keeping this one in my cupboard

Flavors: Bergamot

Boiling 3 min, 0 sec

drank Perfectea Rock Sugar by Teavana

They definitely do push this pretty hard at their stores. Soooo i was window shopping at the mall and i guess give throw money at people and decide to get the BIG JAR OF 3 lb! GREAT It comes in a nice jar lol, they said it adds sweetness without adding additional flavors like honey does, this stuff is pricey for sugar i use it when i want to pamper my self =D

Flavors: Sweet

I do that too! My family has to guard me from the people at the kiosks. I’m not allowed to walk down the middle of the aisle. :)

drank Salted Caramel Chai by Trader Joe's
56 tasting notes

Is not that bad for a powder on the go tea i usually like my chai on the spicy side witch this is not. You can deftly taste the caramel, to sweet for my palate, but my hubby loves it. He has bought this couple of times. I usually would have this when the weather is cold and i’m not felling the hot coco.

It’s been a while since I’ve written any tasting notes, I’ve been trying to drink my old teas before opening new ones or buying any. But i got this for my bday and i love it!! I have been using it everyday. Theres only one negative to it, i think the glass is to thin im always afraid i might break it while washing it, so im extra careful with it.

drank Almond Plum Perfection by Teavana
56 tasting notes

When you open the bag it has an overpowering smell of bitter cherry with almonds, once brew it has a very fruity taste, the flavor that jumps out to me the most is a combination of raisins with cherry. There is something citric in this but i can’t pinpoint what it is. Im always looking for a good deal so i purchase this when it went on sale $1.70 for 2oz, i purchase 8oz. Its okay ill drink it, but i will NOT repurchase this. Although i should mention i enjoy eating the pieces of plums and raisins after brewing. =)

Flavors: Raisins

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 5 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 10 OZ / 295 ML
