Incredible.
This tea is really unlike anything I’ve personally ever had. Slightly nutty with a sweet initial flavor, absolutely zero astringency, all combine to make an amazing cup of tea. I brewed it in gong fu style and each cup was extremely delectable. At about $7 for 50 grams it’s very reasonably priced for something that tastes so great. I would highly recommend this tea to anyone.
I took a small break from tea drinking during the summer, I’m not a huge fan of ice teas and it was generally too hot outside for standard preparation. I’m back now and working through my collection again. Most of the tea I have right now is about a year old and from Adagio… But I’m slowly adding some new, higher quality teas. With that said, even the old Adagio stuff I’m really enjoying.
