Today I have decided to have a date with the Earl, and drink the various Earl Greys that have made their way into my cupboard.
This was sent to me by Fuzzy_Peachkin, which was a nice surprise. I had been toying with the idea of this one, as I love vanilla and creamy teas. If anything would convince me of the magic of the Earl, then an infusion of vanilla would do it.
Not as vanillay as I would hope, though as my cup cools it does get creamier. The downside is that the bergamont doesnt mellow, and remains a bitter note throughout the cream.
I might add milk to this next, to play around with it. This seems like the Earl that I get along with the best, at the very least.

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
