Deterioration during the night. I woke up at midnight with a massive sore throat, and was unable to get back to sleep easily.
I dragged myself out of bed when my alarm went off, grabbed an anti ingflammatory, which will hopefully help get me through the morning shift, and brewed this tea.
It fits all the specifications. Hot, drinkable, not special, and the touch of lemon makes it soothing.
Its gonna be a long day.

Ugh sore throat is always horrible for us tea lovers. Definitely stick with the lemon teas, maybe some ginger too if you have any. Hopefully it will shift soon.
