Whew, the Thanksgiving weekend was busy! And I got sick right in the middle of it, which is no good.
Yesterday I was feeling mostly better, though, and donned my bonnet for the Dickens Faire, a Ren Faire type thing for Dickensian London, which I love very much. And this year we did high tea at Cuthberts, the tea shop in the faire! The tea is only ok, but I love anything that comes with scones, and its just so much fun.
However, today, while my body feels fine, my voice is completely gone. I can croak and honk, but thats about it. Its rather funny, actually.
I had some of this for my morning pot. Its a warm and wintery blend, and I love it a lot. Its discontinued, but I see that Peets new company, Mighty Leaf, has come out with its own version of this. I bought some, and will be doing a side by side comparison very soon!
