I am really feeling tired this morning. It was hard to pull myself from sleep today. But tomorrow is a holiday in my part of the world, and I intend to sleep in then.
But I needed a strong and friendly brew to power me through the morning. Enter, the Queen.
Today, as I sipped at it, I thought I could detect a touch of honey. Next time I may add a drop of honey, to see what flavors it eeks out. I don’t see that I could go wrong.

Ah! This marks three sipdowns today! Three! Have I ever done so well? No idea, I can’t say I keep a tally. I should, and occationally take it out and be impressed with myself.
That means, unless I have miscalculated grotesquely, that I am now at 40 teas. 40 teas and no more in my cupboard. I have my Black Friday goal hit. I can now do my Black Friday tea shopping with an easier confidence, and more available cupboard space.
Wahoo! I am very pleased indeed.
Oh, the tea? Not a repeater.

And its a sipdown!
I have achieved a higher level of sipdown-ish nirvana, apparently. I bask in the glow of my sipdowns.
I did like this, and might well welcome it back into my cupboard some time in the future, but not right away.
Another inch closer to the sipdown goal!

Any check mark off any list is a good check mark!

And a pot of this has brought me one closer to my sipdown goal!
This was a nice Lapsang Souchong, smokey without being overwhelming. But its the sort of nice thats also a bit forgettable, so I’m not sure it will come back to my cupboard or not.
But today, a Sipdown!

I’ve brought a handful of herbal teabags with me to work, and have been sipping on them all afternoon.
This one is mild and generally inoffensive, which is just fine. I just wanted a warming drink today, and this does its job.
Oddly, I think this little number will really start to shine when I catch my next cold. Its really gonna earn its keep then.

Tried this recently and really liked it for the same reason—mild, ungoofable.

Drat, there is at least one cup more in this before it can be a sipdown.
No matter, I shall finish it off tomorrow.
This is not the sort of tea that you can have more than one cup of in a day. You’d be awake for the next week.
The flavors of this are very muddled, but not unpleasant. I don’t seem to be getting a dominant flavor at all, just hints of spice, maybe a flash of chocolate? Hmm.
Not a favorite. I’ll not be sorry when its all sipped down.

I am going to do it. I shall finish this tin by Thanksgiving. Eeek! I am proud and excited. The end of this tin is nigh!

Tea of my morning.
This smells smokier in the dry leaf than it does in the cup, though its still a fairly bold flavor.
I keep waking up during the night, so the presence of a strong cup of tea this morning was a very good thing.

I am in the thick of NaNoWriMo, and am fulled by tea.
A pot of tea- write, sip, repeat.
This is a good tea for writing and sipping. Sweet, warming, and good to power the imagination.

I feel no particular need to log this when I have it. Last night my stomach was bothering me a little, so I had some of this, and it did its job.
Your run of the mill peppermint tea. It shall always have a place in my cupboard.

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
