I have not been having my morning matcha smoothie lately. Not because i haven’t wanted to but because i just haven’t had time recently in the morning AND allergies are killing me, such that i want nothing to do with milk in the morning.
Today though? I felt better, so i made a quick latte this morning with this matcha to see if that helps with the serious sleepies that i’m feeling these days as a result of not sleeping well. See previous tasting notes, but this is still a really enjoyable matcha flavour for me :)
