sipdown! (180) YAY! at least i feel like i accomplished something today in tea land. Beyond that i am super exausted today and was ready for bed about 5pm today. We just finished watching “Angels Take Manhattan” and now i’m sad. This tea though? makes me happy. Going on the re-order list for sure.

The good news? You’ve got some great episodes ahead of you! And the Ponds are/will be fine. I loved them, but was prepared for them to go – they couldn’t journey with the Doctor forever and I had that whole season to say goodbye…
not a whole season…half! :P I actually don’t mind that they’re gone but i really did like the dynamics of a non woman companion. Not sure how i feel about whats her face that i know if coming on board and i’m struggling to decide whether i blow through to be caught up by nov’s big bang or just avoid social media for a couple weeks after it goes live and savour all the remaining espisodes slowly..
:P Yeah, only half. And I liked that they were a Companion Couple, and aside from a bit of misplaced flirtation at the beginning, no one was hitting on the Doctor.
Good luck trying to decide. I understand not wanting to feel like you HAVE to blitz it, but I did enjoy “what’s her face”. Do you think you could avoid social media that long?
OTOH, I totally understand waiting. When I “lost” 11 I stopped watching Doctor Who for several months. I guess I was in mourning and I didn’t want to meet Matt Smith and his goofy looking fez and bowtie. He wasn’t MY Doctor. :P But I ADORE him now, and am less reticent about moving on.
