sipdown! YAY! maybe when i pick up my teavivre order tonight i won’t be above 150. maybe. Had this to kick off the morning with a splash of maple syrup to make it a little tastier. there’s a bit of snow falling here over the past couple of days so i am LOVING IT! nothing says winter like getting to wear my rubber boots to work everyday. :)
not a repurchase but nothing i would turn up my nose at in future :)

I probably shouldn’t admit this, especially to a Canadian ;-), but I don’t like maple syrup (kind of like telling an oregonian you don’t like salmon – which I don’t). I’ve never liked pancakes. Waffles with whipped cream or french toast with powdered sugar are ok. But maple syrup, so not for me….
BUT… I am finding I like maple flavors in some teas. And the maple syrup in tea was super good. So maybe there’s hope for me….?
hmmm, it’s good in smokey teas, eh? how much do you usually put in? this sounds like it might go well with the queen!!
TastyBrew, maple syrup isn’t my favourite, but I love it in tea. For pancakes and waffles and french toast, I prefer yogurt and jam. :)
Key change…play it by ear :) in my travel mug (16oz) I use maybe a tsp half but for some tea s il Ike more or less. I find I don’t need a lots once. I don’t like my tea to be. Sweet….I just like the maple flavour with the. Smoke…
Oh yeah, baby, Maple & smoke!! It gives the smokey teas such an awesomeness. Maple, smoke, & ginger is also very nice :)
Of course, I also like my smokey teas plain, it just depends on my mood.
