this was another i ran through today. YAY for a great day of actually getting to spend time with my puerh. I’m hoping to get one of these in every week if i can work from home at least one day a week and get in to a routine. This was another that i thoroughly enjoyed and didn’t come from dexter haha. I agree with allank that this was heavy on the fermentation but it was a smooth dark delicious cup every time. Sadly this was finished up earlier this afternoon so all i remember is being super glad that it went on for a while haha.
