SIpdown. And now i have to decide if i want to re-order. I’m not really all that impressed with YS as far as the customer experience goes on this one. I haven’t had issues before but no issues does not mean that it would have been handled better. I’m not demanding but i have recieved exceptional customer service from places even during covid and this was not that. Make a mistake – own it, resolve it in the customers favour.
having worked in multiple roles over my life so far that were customer facing maybe my expectations are too high but i DO praise/celebrate companies that do it right, so i don’t feel bad knocking companies doing it less well. All in all just a missed opportunity to make me a high promoter of the company.
