3049 Tasting Notes
last tea of the evening today…our trip back to the craft fair so i could pick up a couple more samples of the teas from the interesting tea company there were unsuccessful. Oh well..not like i need more tea, but it would have been nice. I had a cup of this when i got home while i did some urgent troublshooting for work to fix some things and then it was on to clean up a few things before i get some sleep tonight. Day at home tomorrow because of work so you can bet i’ll be drinking tea, reading books and watching tv while i wait on things haha
Still enjoy this tea and i’m loving the additional options for caffeine free teas to choose from :)
sipdown! (138) and this one goes on the shopping list. It’s like the more elegant cousin of bolder breakfast..smoother, more delicious and less artificial tasting (not that bolder breakfast is artificial tasting but in comparison…). I adore this tea. It won’t replace wedding imperial for me but it WILL have a spot in my cupboard….someday. I hope!
…just need to find a decent source for MF teas without stupid shipping! Thank you again cteresa!
yeah…bumping the rating up on this one since it seems to be the tea i’ve been reaching for when i just want something that i’m comfortable and familiar with and that makes me happy. I ALWAYS drink this one down without realising it so it deserves a higher rating since i clearly love it…with a splash of maple lol
quick tasting notes on tonight’s stuff before i try to get to bed. Long day tomorrow and i’m up way later than i wanted to be. I had this first thing as a latte and it was the perfect start to my day. I am loving it! still haven’t tried it straight lol
sipdown! (139) I have not been doing well with drinking up my teas to be good when my orders start coming in. I’m hoping that I’ll get a chance over the next couple of weekend. Should be doable since i’ve got release testing to do this weekend and next.
This one could grow on me..i still like une autre idee more but this was tastier tonight so that’s good to note. Thanks again cteresa!
blech. bah. I think i’m going to need to try this one again and then give the rest up for adoption if i don’t figure it out.
I had this today as well since a recent tasting note reminded me that I hadn’t had it in a while. Not my favourite of the sloane teas – i think they do other teas better but in the grand scheme of things i’d rather spend my money elsewhere UNLESS i get another amazing deal and can snag their teas at 60% off again. Good deal = totally worth it.
This is almond and chocolate and like others have said, feels a little thin. But at least it’s still tasty…
This was one of my teas from this morning. I have to say i wasn’t feeling it today though. It just seemed flatter today than i wanted it to be. I hope our love affair hasn’t come to an end and that i’m just having an off day :)
last tea of the day and a sample sipdown of that, from the lovely cteresa. Pretty sure i’d be willing to add this into my cupboard, even in a 100g quantity not because it’s the most amazing blow your socks out of the water rooibos, but because it’s lovely and pleasant and when i’ve been drinking it, i keep drinking it down without realising it. Quite pleasant on the whole, so thank you for sharing this one with me cteresa!
(on a cupboard note…added my yezi teas in today and i’m still officially under 150! – 140 to be exact… go me! Note that it’ll last long but hey, the longer the better haha)
first tea of the day (yes my notes are out of wack) this + maple syrup is always a great time. I just really enjoy the way the flavours blend. Must remember to always keep a stock of this in my cupboard since i seem to REALLY like this one the more i have it. :)
