6160 Tasting Notes
I pulled this one out today because it will bring me down to 100 teas lol thus meeting my goal for the month. I’ve got no clue how i’ll manage April’s goal but we can pretend that it’ll happen. HA! This is a very “green” tea with oolongy notes. there’s sweetness to it though, that i DO like even if the tea as a whole isn’t my favourite. It’s not a bad little tea, i just wouldn’t want it all the time given MY preferences :) For those who enjoy a good dancong, i’d give this one a try :)
i had a cup of this one – i’ve had a few lately while i tried to sort out how i felt about this one. Final verdict? Not for me. there’s a floral note or something in this one that becomes more present when it cools making it something i don’t want to be drinking. So the rest of this is off to someone else who may or may not appreciate it heh
man, today this is really deliciously malty and tasty. it might help that i accidentally overloafed it a little today – as my tasting notes show that i wasn’t sold on it last time i had it. today – this is fantastic. I’ll have to ermember that for future steeps. there’s a little brightness here in among the malty goodness as well but it’s smooth and tasty!
Tea from last night. i think i’m a little over butiki pumpkin flavouring for the time being. Not that i don’t like it, i’m just a littl tired of it. I still have a little left of this but then i also have 2oz of the other pumpkin cheesecake one…I might loCk that one away for a bit heh. especially given summer’s approach. Still an enjoyable cup for as this was more pumpkin spice than butterscotch it wasn’t what i REALLY wanted last night.
gawd i LOVE THIS. Seriously…if other ppl don’t want theirs…willing acceptor of all things grasshopper right here! I wanted a fun flavoured tea today so this one came out of hiding. I am a big fan of the creaminess of the cheesecake mixing with the puerh and the mint is really nice in this one because it’s softer somehow… really great!
