7981 Tasting Notes
bumping the rating up on this one as when i ordered i didn’t realise i’d had a sample of this one from cookies and today it was like BAM HAPPY MOUTH! lol this will be a reorder for sure…it was just the perfect tea today… sharing the rest with tea friends since i have had it before and can wait on reordering..
man…last tea of the evening…so not fair…everyone else is getting their mystery boxes from butiki and mine still isn’t even in canada. i swear the post office hates me! still loving this one, though tonight i accidentally brewed it longer than 2 mins…so it’s spicy! even with honey….but soooooo good!
Final Count: 156 (with like 30-60 on their way…. ugh!)
I will happily take this off anyone who doesn’t love theirs. For me, this is the right blend of a strong base, mixed with just the right amount of mint and cheesecake flavouring. This is NOT a travel mug tea. This is a sit at home and enjoy the aroma and the deliciousness of this tea while the outside world goes by. A little bit of sugar added to this, just makes everything pop while still allowing me to enjoy the deliciousness of the suncha base.
i think my mouth has trouble with these teas from tippy. This one is more chocolate than mint for me today…but i can almost see where folks are comparing it to an after eight. I would need a buttload more mint for that to be a true comparison for me :) That being said, this is still a tasty tea and one i might consider once i finish up the last of my peppermint patty from stacy…not that this is a herbal, but there also isn’t really room in my cupboard for a huge number of mint teas!
I like the base of this tea…and i think it for sure has potential. It makes me excited to try other teas from tippy once i get my cupboard under control. Thanks for sharing Cavo!
today, the raspberry is more present so maybe the flavour just hadn’t disseminated throughout the entire bag? Today this is very much a raspberry tea…but now it’s missing the cocoa lol. Still a decent tea, but needed a little sweetner to take the edge off the raspberry flavour :) thanks for sharing cavo!
Another from what-cha that is sweet and smooth. These Georgia teas are interesting to say the least though i should probably revisit them on a day when i’m not sick. If nothing else, these teas are work looking in to – the sample sizes are pretty large and allow for a few cups of tea brewed in different ways. OR…..for sharing. I like sharing haha. overall this was a pleasant cup, but just didn’t rock my socks off. Happy with it though!
whaaat no other reviews on this one? well my review won’t be much help to everyone as i got distracted with work and let this get cold. I will say, that like other what-cha teas, this is very smooth with no astringency. i don’t know if this would float to the top of my must have tea list, but i’d be happy to have this in my cupboard anytime!
