farewell hot tropic! while i enjoyed you while i had you, i likely won’t need to pick up more of this ever again. I generally find that most David’s teas aren’t anything i keep to keep around permanently or on a regular basis, they’re much more of a sort of tea where i pick up 25g, drink it and then i’m done. this one being no exception to that :)
farewell my delicious chocolate tea. It was a pleasure having out in my cupboard. If only MF sold this on in bags and not as a special edition tea. Then it would be worth restocking. However, at the price of the tin + tea, it’s a luxury really and hard to justify unless maybe i get over to france :)
I had a cu of this before passing the rest off to a tea friend who wants to try the two teas we have all blended, separately. (this + creme brulee). I actually think i could live without the creme brulee tea and just keep this one on hand, though i do love the taste of the two blended. Perfect cup to get my going out of the house. Costco/the mall today before the holiday tomorrow. It’ll be insane and i’ll hate it but it need to be done.
ok, it’s decided. I’m over this tea. The first cup i had was really great and then subsequent cups have been truly “meh” I’m not sure if it’s because the flavouring changed really quickly or what. At least i tried it though. Passing this on to a random steesterite for them to try and then pass along if they don’t like it haha. SOMEONE probably needs to pick up all the teas at my place…. just saying haha
