5919 Tasting Notes
drink drink drink…so much liquid sloshing around in me. lol i love it. when i was little, camping with my parents, i used to drink a lot and then push my tummy in and out at night while we were trying to sleep to listen to the sloshing noises. used to drive my mother nuts :)
Last cup of tea tonight and it’s a good one…though funnily enough i’m drinking it along side the apple crisp i’m eating so it’s like a double dose of delicious apples :)
yay for more tea that isn’t black today (though i suppose i DID have a couple..) This is another one that i quite enjoy though i do think that there have been blends that were WAY more my taste from frank in the past. That being said this is still tasty and still something i enjoy. I’m glad i got to try a blend from him that was award winning :)
another tea from this afternoon…i wanted some form of “juicier” tea that i could drink while i waited on my other half to bring me gingerale heh. Also…on a random side note..what’s up with there being no cranberry gingerale at the stores this holiday? I haven’t seen it anywhere except as the PC generic brand…i want my canada dry cranberry gingerale!
uh…so anyway…this tea? delicious and exactly what i needed! :)
sipdown! (126) mostly because i had to have at least ONE today with all my drinking of mostly non black teas. It’s been nice visiting with my greens/oolongs etc today while curled up under the blankets. This was a cold brew and man…so good. I’m not sure if i like this one of lime gelato from DT more…but i’ll keep stocking both here and there until i figure it out haha
another non black tea for the day in between sleeping…i’m starting to outgrow this one. While i still enjoy the first steeping, it makes me wish i had more of mandala’s milk oolong instead. For when i feel the need to have one that is. Still though, decent enough and enjoyable today while i’m curled up under the blankets watching bad tv. :)
so many teas to drink…i really do neglect the teas in my cupboard that aren’t blacks – someday i’ll need to either just stop buying them or make sure that at least once a week i drink them. Today is apparently that day. I have a full bag of this, and while i like it…i don’t love it. I am not usually in the mood for a green mint tea…however when i do drink it i’m always slightly pleasantly surprised because i forget there’s vanilla in here to soften the mint. I wish there was a little more of the vanilla flavour :) Likely not a repurchase ever but i’ll still like drinking this.
