7144 Tasting Notes
oy..i have some catching up to do and very little desire to do it since i’m tired and just want to go to bed. I had this in the morning, since i’m still trying to get around to having some match every day…or close to it. :) I enjoyed this one, though i’m still thinking about tiramisu. This has a smooth, delicious irish creamy taste to it. My sample is distinctive, but i think it would probably be best as a Robust flavouring. As usual, i had this as a latte. It was the perfect start to my morning. no sweetener necessary for this one, though with a pinch of sugar the taste popped just a little :)
Again, still not much to add about this tea beyond the fact that I am still loving it. No sipdowns today i expect since i’m not really in the mood for tea tonight but i DID receive an awesome package from my dear swedish chef, which means i’m back up in numbers. However, it gives me fun things to try out over the week and on the weekend! haha

Since the BBB Box is soon to be on it’s way back to me, I need to get cracking on the teas that were sent to me during the last round. This is one of three teas that Terri included as her offerings.
I forgot to make notes on this one today and it’s from eaaarly this morning. I vaguely remember this been a fairly smooth tasting tea with a slight..fruity note? Not taiwanese black fruity, but there was a hint there. I’ll take better notes next time! i did enjoy it though terri :)
oh man. i did NOT think that i was going to like this as much as i am. I pulled this together as a quick pick me up latte today as part of my “have a matcha latte every day until it’s gone” thing that i’m doing. No sugar needed. I’m using distinctive flavouring and because I want to make sure Cavocorax gets to try this, i only used 1 tsp for 2 cups of milk, when it’s usually 2-3 for 2 cups haha.
Not only does this smell heavenly but it tastes delicious. I actually dislike tiramisu, because of the texture…so i can usually only get through a few bites before i give up. This? i could drink often…. sooo yummy!
A pretty average assam – every time i drink it, i can’t help but think of the price people are paying to have this one. It’s Sloane’s most expensive tea (or was at the time) and it’s so very much not worth it. It’s a decent enough tea, but for the price i can think of a ton others that i’d by first. I won’t be restocking this when it’s done but i’ll enjoy drinking it well enough.
