Another sipdown from omgsrsly
Not a fan of this one..I like it a lot in theory…but they missed the boat when they decided “spiced” meant overload this with cloves. The citrusy flavour and the tea are quite nice if you can ignore the cloves. too bad…i had hopes for this one. (on a side note, why do all teabags say boiling water???lol)
I had this again today because that is a semi sipdown. I’ve finished off the bit from the BBB Box that tastybrew sent us and now i just have the ounce that i recently purchased myself for black friday haha. Still a win since it’s an “older” tea out of my cupboard haha I love this one. not much more to say beyond the fact that it’s a good, tasty, tasty black and another find offering from Yezi tea. I’m glad tastybrew found them!
thanks OMGsrsly! I opted for this one today because it’s an easy sipdown lol i need a few of those to get me going before more tea comes in. For a bagged tea i quite like this! It’s not overly puerh-ish but the tea is still a little present. You do need to give is a quick stir since some of the chocolate settles, but this would be good for those times when im’ at work and don’t want to fuss. appreciate the share!
I picked this one up with my order of DF teas because a)i love caramel/toffee type teas and b)i need more caffeine free options in my cupboard. I figured even if i hated it, there are lots of folks here who like to try “fancy french teas” lol The good news? While it does taste a bit like rooibos in the background, it’s still a sweet, creamy, caramel like tea. Not overly so, and i prefer the black version that i also picked up, but this is great for the times when i don’t want caffeine! WIN! (especially at a mere 8 euros for shipping..)
the first of many…many teas from omgsrsly Still not feeling too hot today so i’m trying to drink a few of my caffeine free options tonight before i pass out and sleep. Down side to so many orders today? i’m at 150 again. Up side? SOOOO MANY CHOICES!
I am quite the fan of this one. It’s cranbery orange for sure, and there’s a hint of spice, though not nearly as much as i’d like there to be haha. I wish bayswater would fix up their website and make it an actual ecommerce site as they would be getting an order from me for sure. I’ll have to try this as a cold brew too at some point since it’s quite lovely!
terri…i really hope this is the one you sent to us for the bbb Box the other day. i usually count on tastybrew’s notes to let me know i’ve found the right one but there’s none to be found under this one haha
this is another one that escapes me today but still lands on the side of YUMMY! More to come in future tasting notes but yes… YUM!
This is another delicious offering from terri via the BBB Box! I haven’t had the pleasure of trying a lot of Yunnan sourcing teas so i’m always up for new ones. Admittedly i figured i’d better try this before the next round gets here. I always try to finish up the last round’s before the next gets here, but it’s hard with 3 ppl involved that are all eager to share teas!
this one is both chocolately but also minorly..fruity? I will need to have this gaiwan style in the near future because i am really digging this one.
