7165 Tasting Notes
noms. spicy kickass tea from missB via omgsrsly heh. Pulled this one out today to try and get a handle on my overflowing cupboard. I’m doing well with sipdowns, but not well enough if i actually want to get to 50 by year end lolz. still a fan of this one, so nice to have it back in my cupboard until it’s gone.

noms. I’ve been drinking this down a bunch since variaTEA was awesome enough to share hers with me. I’m finally saying good bye to this for reals though. (on that note, any time you want to raid my cupboard, let me know Variatea!). This blend will always have a spot in my heart since i got to work with stacy to create it.
I figured i should make a point of having at least one of my green/oolong teas on weekends since during the week, i rarely drink them. I pulled this one out as i always try to drink verdant’s green teas as close to getting them as possible. This tea has some seriously neat twisty leaves. Admittedly, i had hoped the “pine” in the tea name was because they somehow added pine needles to the tea but that was silly of course. :)
Brewed this is a beany, sweet, green tea. I should do a comparison next week maybe of the several greens i received in the tea of the month club…this one is refreshing. I am a fan of this one so far. Will have to see if additional steeps change it up any.
farewell delicious tea. This was the last of the stash that VariaTEA shared with me and it was great having a little more to enjoy. Glad i was able to finish it soon though, as it’s slightly less awesome than it usually is because of the age i think. Not pineappley enough for me. Sad that Butiki is no more, but at least there’s the lupicia oolong if i ever want that pineapple taste again.
