strawberry sort of cupcake yes. Champagne no, but in my case, that’s a good thing. Not a fan of champagne even mixed with other things haha. this was a nice treat this afternoon while i sit around and do not much of anything after the past 2 days of doing all sorts of things. The sun is shining and i have a nook in the kitchen, in the sun. mmmmm

i was fairly certain i wouldn’t like this tea when i pulled it out to try it. After all the top three ingredients aren’t my favourite: Green tea, jasmine buds, rose buds and petals. Not a fan of any of that. However, i’ll try anything – even blergamot :)

I wasn’t proved wrong. While this may be a blend for some, it’s not for me. too floral, not really feeling the lychee, etc.. oh well! always good to try new things.

omg long day is long. Late night, up early for dogventures in the woods, haircut and now we’re finally back home after groceries and such. I really want to go out and ride but after my run on friday and the ride yesterday, my body says no. lol PUlled this one out this morning for our dog adventure and was glad for it. Just the right marshmallow, almost vanilla black for walking in the woods.

this is more like cherry rooibos. I’ll have to try dropping the temperature and see what happens.

real limoncello is intense. This is not. Going to play with this one a little more before landing on how i feel about it.

another delicious tea from 52 teas. I am a huge fan of this one. There’s something about the eggnog factor that lends itself to the green base. I wouldn’t want an overwhelmingly large quantity of this in my cupboard but i like that this is both refreshing and comforting at the same time.

relaxing saturday. Had friends over last night so this morning, husband took the dog out for an early morning adventure so i could sleep in. Cleaned up the mess from last night after i woke up and now it’s just reading, drinking tea and relaxing since we cleaned up the house on friday. I am really enjoying the new job for the sole reason of being able to have these moments instead of working every weekend and evening.

I still haven’t figured this tea out. I enjoy it but it doesn’t really taste like anything except a slightly fruity genmaicha. I’m still happy to drink it but that’s largely due to the fact that i adore 52 teas genmaicha haha
