MissB sent this one our way and while this is a lovely tea, it’s very much an apricot green rather than an apricot pistachio. Unless you consider it “pistachio” because the apricot flavour is a little subdued. Regardless, this is pretty nice and enjoyable. it’s not astringent or too sweet, and while it’s apricot – it’s not IN YOUR FACE :)
this was my puerh for the day – working from home i try to get at least one in. We’re coming down to crunch time for my trip so i really need to get a few more sipdowns in quickly! not that i really have many, but even a focus on puerh has been good. this is quite pleasant and very enjoyable. all that aside, i need to figure out which raw puerh i want to keep in my cupboard since i generally prefer ripe. :)
Another from MissB I was pretty sure i wouldn’t love this one based on the appearance and small alone, but hey, must try everything! This is a super fine tea and brewed up, it behaves a little like stacy’s messy red tea whose name escapes me lol. This to me is a tea best had with milk and sugar, something i don’t often do. I suspect that this a good one drunk that way and suggest that anyone getting this after me, try it that way, rather than straight! :) thanks missb!
